"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Francesca is a delightful hostess. We walked from the station up to her place, but she felt bad when she found out. Apparently it is her practice to pick up and drop off guests at the station, which is very sweet. Just message her on WhatsApp for that. "Residence Margi made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. You do need a swim cap for the pool (a requirement), and you should absolutely use the driving instructions the hotel gives you so you don’t get stuck in an alleyway."

The front desk originally objected, but we were finally given a new room after waiting for an hour and it had a better view. "
