"I wanted to thank those who worked here, especially the lady who spoke English at the front desk. We were very out of our comfort zone. My mother had just come out of 7 days in an Italian hospital with no English. The cleaning ladies help us feel very welcome. They are super lovely towards us. "Unable to stay at this place. It did not like a hotel. It looked like a haunted house. Empty, dirty, and no staff. It is surprising that Expedia has this on the list of hotels to stay in.
